Receptionist

We are currently looking to hire a receptionist who can: 

  1. Serve our visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them through our dealership appropriately.
  2. Notify the correct personnel of visitor arrival.

Lot Attendant

We are in the market for a Lot Attendant who can receive, move, arrange, and maintain the appearance of our vehicles. They must ensure the orderliness of the lot by parking our vehicles in assigned areas, inspecting them for damage, and listing/storing keys.

Lot Attendant Skills and Qualifications:

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, proficient with driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles, ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions, exceptional organization skills

BDC Representatives

Lucas Ford is in need of a BDC Representative who can:

  1. Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in-person) 
  2. Manage internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available inventory
  3. Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business 
  4. Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles

BDC Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Phone, communication, and organizational skills, previous call center and/or internet sales experience a plus, sales experience is a plus but NOT required, strong internet and computer skills.

Technician

Our Burlington area Ford dealership is looking for A,B,C Certified Technicians that can: 

  • Complete preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation/changes, wheel balancing, and filter replacement.
  • Maintain vehicle condition by listening to customer complaints
  • Conduct inspections, repair engine failures, repair mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions, replace parts and components, and repair body damage

Technician Skills and Qualifications:

Safety management, problem-solving, ability to lift heavy objects, dependability, persistence, time management, independence, information analysis
